Important Notes Before Purchase

• Confirm Heat Range: Verify the heat range designation matches your engine's operating requirements.
• Replace All Plugs Together: Install new spark plugs in all cylinders at the same time to ensure consistent engine performance.
• Verify Gap Setting: Although pre-gapped, always check gap specification before installation as handling during shipping may affect the setting.
• Inspect Ignition Components: Examine spark plug wires, boots, and ignition coils for damage or wear before installation.
• Apply Anti-Seize Sparingly: Use a small amount of anti-seize compound on threads for aluminum cylinder heads only.
• Follow Torque Specifications: Install to manufacturer-specified torque to ensure proper sealing and heat transfer.
• Regular Replacement Schedule: Nickel spark plugs typically require replacement every 30,000 to 50,000 miles depending on driving conditions.

Non-Returnable Item: Electrical components including spark plugs cannot be returned once installed.

New returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you’ll pay for the return shipping plus restocking fee which is 5% of your total purchase (We deduct from the original payment). We send you a return shipping label , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like electrical parts (such as park plugs, ignition coils, starter, alternator) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
